Lightly salt and pepper the chicken pieces.
Heat oil in skillet and add chicken pieces. Quickly brown the chicken on both sides.
Squeeze lemons over chicken and sprinkle with poultry seasoning.
Add 1/2 of the wine to the skillet, cover with a loose fitting lid and simmer on low heat for 10-12 minutes.
Add the capers and the remainder of the wine and simmer for another 15-20 minutes,
covered.
